For the 2025 season, I wanted to bring the SFU Hockey digital brand into a new era, combining elements of both what I've created in the past with new ideas. This season, myself and my team have plans to wholly increase the level and amount of content produced for the team as we continue to embark on our journey to become an NCAA D1 program.
At the same time, I also had to figure out a way to differentiate the non-conference team competing at the NCAA D1 level from the BCIHL team, so while I decided to give the one brand a dark and gritty look and feel, I decided to give the BCIHL team a much cleaner and simpler look.
The New Brand | SFU Hockey's new YouTube header, combining imagery of the university to connect the team to the school with a dark, gritty colour and texture theme.

2023.24
The SFU Red Leafs Hockey program used the 2023.24 season to explore the feasibility of playing a "full" NCAA Division 1 schedule, which included games against the #5 University of Michigan Wolverines, #9 Providence College Friars, #2 Boston University Terriers, and #1 Boston College Eagles; 3 of which qualified for the 2024 NCAA Tournament's "Frozen Four."
