While the bulk of my portfolio aims to highlight the actual media I've created for my clients' and employers' accounts, I wanted to also have a place to showcase some of the results and details that went into some of the campaigns and projects. All statistics provided in this page are up to date via Gondola.cc and the posts' respective platforms as of July 13, 2025.
Social Media Management | Ice Pirates Productions; Smudge The Blades
March 2025 - November 2025
Initially I was hired to just capture behind the scenes footage for the filming and production of Smudge The Blades from March and ending in April. Sometime near the end of March, however, I was approached and agreed to manage and keep the film's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts in the months during and following the initial production phase, planning posts on a set schedule through November, 2025.
This project is unique to me in the sense that it was my first time on a fully fledged film production, and the responsibilities handed to me were more than I anticipated. This project included:
• Collaboration with the film's producers, directors, cast and crew to create a social media plan and content that aligns with the ultimate goal of sustained awareness of the film heading into the festival circuit while supporting and building the stories of the characters themselves.
• Respecting and promoting the views and practices of the Indigenous communities that we worked with during the production of the film.
• Generating awareness for public events during the production, utilizing the Meda Ads Manager to reach over 70,000 accounts on Facebook and Instagram in just 2 days.
Over the last four months, I have created and shared 43 posts (only counting Instagram and TikTok), amassing 204.5k view, 19.4k likes, 511 shares, and 274 comments with an average engagement rate of 9.8%.

Social + Communications | Simon Fraser University Hockey
September 2019 - Ongoing
Arguably my largest client over the last six years has been Simon Fraser University Hockey, and my time with them has given me countless incredible opportunities to experiment, grow, and learn in the social media and communications spaces.
As a result, I've had the opportunity to create over 750 posts, generating 599.5k views, 58.1k likes, 608 shares, and 1k comments for an engagement rate of roughly 9.9%.
Starting in 2019, I was given the opportunity to just take photos and videos of the team. By the end of the 2019.20 season, I was tasked with now running the team's social media channels, including creating the team's TikTok account and growing it to over 12,000 followers in just a couple of years. My role over the years following grew to include even more media production, website content creation, and team communications. While I will try my best below to outline everything I've gotten to do with this team, the sheer amount of responsibilities over multiple roles can't be described in just a short outline.
Social Media and Website CMS Management
• Created the team's social media calendar to plan and outline how myself and my team would approach coverage of the team through the season and off-season on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage all home game livestreams on YouTube, including scheduling and broadcast graphics.
• Designed and executed game day, practice, and off-season content and social strategies to uphold the team's voice, vision, and identity across all social media platforms.
• Utilized a Notion dashboard as a hub to track the status of every content piece, website article, and social media post, using pages within the dashboard to create and store articles and graphics.
• Utilized Asana to collaborate with other team members on additional projects, including print design requests, promotional messaging, and other miscellaneous projects.
• Managed the team's website CMS through Webflow to keep articles up to date.

Team Communications
• Collaborated with the team's coaching staff and management to produce news and other releases.
• Connected with opposing team staff to facilitate media availabilities, schedule games, manage and share game livestreams, and organize coverage for my staff in the building.
• Coordinate with local media outlets and team staff to provide content and guide messaging.

Social + Communications | British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey LEague
September 2019 - Ongoing
Similarly to my work with Simon Fraser University Hockey, I have also helped manage the social media channels and website for the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League. While this project is much more hands-off in comparison, there are many things I'm proud to have done with the league to make the  experience better for fans who want to follow along and watch.
• Created a social media plan to share information about games, player stats, and other events on Instagram and Twitter / X.
• Created BCIHL.TV via YouTube as a one-stop hub to livestream every regular season and playoff game, which has included coordinating with all five member teams to streamline the livestreaming process, providing a unified broadcast graphics package, and scheduling 50+ livestreams via YouTube Studio every season.

Social Media Internship | Canucks Sports + Entertainment
September 2022 - April 2023
In 2022, I got a call from the Vancouver Canucks offering me the position of Social Media Intern for the 2022.23 season. At the time, I was just excited to get my foot in the door with an NHL franchise, but in the years since my time has come to and end I've taken more lessons about working in a professional setting in social media and content creation than anything.
My experience had me covering not only the Vancouver Canucks, but the Vancouver Warriors lacrosse team and the Abbotsford Canucks through each of their seasons. I was able to contribute to and create 180 posts, which amassed 16.4m views, 1.2m likes, 2.2k shares, and 10.9k comments for an engagement rate of 7.4%.
